Any approved returns set-up and paid by PartsPitStop are considered 100% covered in full. Any returns set-up by customer, the customer will be responsible for 100% of costs incurred to return the part(s) to PartsPitStop. Returns set-up by the customer are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Once the Return Request for has been received, you will receive a detailed email with instructions and restock fees.
Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
