This information is only for general part(s) returns. For warranty returns, or returns due to defects in materials or workmanship, please refer to our 'Warranty Return' page.

Any approved returns set-up and paid by PartsPitStop are considered 100% covered in full. Any returns set-up by customer, the customer will be responsible for 100% of costs incurred to return the part(s) to PartsPitStop. Returns set-up by the customer are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Once the Return Request for has been received, you will receive a detailed email with instructions and restock fees.

Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Required for return:
* Copy of original invoice.
* Parts must be returned in original packaging, with literature, manuals, or documents included in original packaging.
* RMA must be included in the second address line of the shipping label.

* All electrical parts
* All decals & stickers
* Any item that has been installed, or attempted to be installed
